went for my doc appointment at the national skin centre. my last one i hope. EXPENSIVE consultation fees. first timer : $70plus. second consultation onwards: $50+. wah liao. lucky the meds cheap. if not can die ar.
well, immediately after i told her i ok.. the rashes came again while i was at Central. maybe coz i am sick (again!).

so its medicine time. hai.

yoga-ed with xq today! hehe. wah. did the Hot Yoga. and its really hot man.. perspiring like siao but still ok. can tahan. its the keep wan having to bend my knees part that i hate. i'm god damn old man i think. old injuries haunting me. bend bend abit and my knees shaking le. haha. lousy.. :(
